At Footy Daily HQ we want you to love your order. 
If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Our Policy
All products are printed on-demand especially 
for you. This means we do not accept returns 
for buyer's remorse or wrong size ordered.

However, we will always replace or refund 
your order if:

✅ The product arrives damaged
✅ There is a print quality issue
✅ You received the wrong item
✅ The product is defective

How To Request A Return
1. Email us at support@footydailyhq.com 
   within 30 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and a clear 
   photo of the issue
3. We will review your request within 
   1-2 business days
4. If approved, we will send a replacement 
   or issue a full refund

Refund Timeline
Once approved, refunds are processed within 
5-10 business days back to your original 
payment method.

Wrong Size?
Please check our size guide carefully before 
ordering. We recommend ordering one size up 
for an oversized fit.
